What it costs to take a payment
Your customer pays by card. Paystack processes it and settles the money directly into your own bank account — Chatly never holds your money. Two fees come off: Paystack’s, and ours.

- Marketing messages cost the most; replies and order updates cost less. Meta changes its rates from time to time, so check Meta’s current rate card.

What about the Meta WhatsApp API costs?
Meta bills WhatsApp message fees directly to the payment method on your own WhatsApp Business account, at Meta's published per-message rates. Chatly doesn't resell messages or add a margin, so you only ever pay Meta for what you send. Marketing messages cost the most; replies and order updates cost less.
